I General questions for new users
How to protect my account data?
There are few things you need to know to keep your account safe from hacking and malicious users and they are mostly pointed towards protecting your Facebook password.
Never share your Facebook user and password with other people. If you do so, your account is in danger. The Ganja Farmer support will never ask you for your password, so have that in mind.
Avoid logging into your account on other people’s devices. If you really have to, don’t forget to log out, when you’re finished.
Don’t be fooled by offers to buy golds or diamonds outside the game. Some people are offering seemengly cheap ressources, but they are only trying to get your password and scam you.
How to save my progress?
In order to save your progress in the game and be sure it won’t be lost, you need to connect to Facebook. In order to do so, you have to tap on the button in the bottom right corner of your screen and then tap on the button connect. Every time you quit the game and enter again your progress will be stored. Please, have in mind that only one farm can be saved, so if you use your Facebook on different devices with a different and try to save the progress for both, you will lose at least one of them.
Can I transfer my progress to another device?
Yes, you can. In order to do that, you have to connect the Facebook on your initial device and store the progress there. In order to do so, you have to tap on the button in the bottom right corner of your screen and then tap on the button connect. Every time you quit the game and enter again your progress will be stored. Then, connect your Facebook on the new device in the same way and after the process is finished, a pop up will appear, asking you to load your progress from Facebook cloud. Tap on “Yes” and wait a bit, so your farm can be loaded.
How do I connect to Facebook?
In order to conect your Facebook, you have to tap on the button in the bottom right corner of your screen and then tap on the button connect. Then fill in your credentials and you will be connected.
How can I invite my Facebook friends?
In order to invite your Facebook friends you must connect your Facebook first. After you are done with that you should click on the button in the bottom right corner and after the pop up appears, tap on the Invite friends button, Then a pop up with a list with your friends will appear. Just select the friends you wish to invite and tap on the Send button in the top right corner.
Where can I send feedback or report bugs?
We are always open to new suggestions and feedback about the game and also we will appreciate it, if you send us bug reports in case you suffer from any. In order to do so, please, go to the settings menu in the bottom left corner of the screen and then tap on the feedback button. This will open a feedback form – please, fill in all the fields in order to give us all the information we need.
Can I restart the game?
Unfortunately, you can’t restart your game. However, if you really wish to start all over again and are playing on an Android device, you can use the Clear data function. You can find in the Settings>App>Ganja Farmer on you phone or tablet.
Can I delete my account?
If you have connected to your Facebook account there is no way to do that. If you are not, clearing the data on your device or uninstalling the game will basically delete your farm. Note: if that happens, there is no way to get it back.
How can I enable diamond confirmation?
If you wish to enable the confirmation when purchasing diamonds, you can easilly do so from the Settings menu.Just tap on the button in the bottom left corner and tap on the check box next to Confirmation sign.
How can I change my farm’s name?
In order to change your farm’s name, just go to the Setting menu in the bottom left corner. Fill in the new name on top of the pop up and click the button Apply. You can change your name as many times as you wish.
II. Keeping your progress safe
How to save my progress?

Why should I save my progress?
There are several reasons for this. The first one is that it protects you from crashes and technical issues that might appear. The second one is that you can transfer your farm to another device, which is especially important if you are switching phones/tablets or just wish to play from two separate devices.
III. General gameplay questions
Can I move buildings and how?
Most of the buildings in the game can be moved, including decorations and machines. In order to do so, you have to tap on a building and keep your finger until the building becomes green. After that you can move it easily around the farm. However, certain buildings as the store and the achievements tree for example can’t be moved.
How does the plane work?
The plain gives you another way to sell your products and crops. In order to use it, you have to repair it first, which is available at level 5. After that you have to tap on the plane and you will see all the orders available. They show the required products and crops, the price and the experience you will get from delivering the order. If you have the stuff needed, just tap on an order and the plane will deliver. Upon returning, you will be able to collect you coins and experience by tapping the bag icon that will appear next to the plane.
How does Poppy work?
Poppy is an expert in delivering any kind of products or crops you need. It is available after level 11 and in order to send him searching for something, just tap on him and select crop/product. After a while Poppy will appear with some offers for you – just tap on him to see them and select the one you that fulfills your needs. Have in mind that Poppy has a cooldown after each order, so use him wisely.
How does the boat work?
Similarly to the plane, the boat gives you another opportunity to sell your production in huge quantities. It unlocks at level 22 and in order use it, you need to repair it first. After you’re done, you will see what crops and poducts are needed. You have 24 hours to load them in the boat, before it sails. Of course, you can load just part of the cargo required, but the boat has a cooldown too, so it is better to wait.
How can I get free spins for the Wheel?
You will get a free spin on the Wheel once per day. Don’t forget to regularly use it as it will bring you some free rewards.
How can I get diamonds?
There are several ways to get diamonds. By levelling up is one of them – with each new level, you will receive some diamonds for free. Another way to get diamonds is through achievements – fulfilling them brings you diamonds as rewards, You can also connect your Facebook and this will help you save your progress, invite friend and win diamonds on top of that. The other way to get some diamonds for free is to watch a video by tapping on the ticket next to your storage.
If you run out of free ways to get diamonds, you can alsways purchase some. In order to do so just tap on the plus sign next to the diamonds in the top right screen, select the package you want and then sigh in with your iOS Appstore or Google play account.
Why do I need more space and how does the storage work?
As the name clearly suggests your storage is the building where you store all of your crops and products. It is not unlimited, so make sure to upgrade it once in a while or you will run out of space for your production.
How to use my Roadside Shop?
In order to use the shop you will need to connect to Facebook and reach level 5. After that you can place some of your crops, products or materials and sell them for whatever price you want. Just select the crop, product or material you would like to sell, select the price and put in in the shop. Don’t forget to promote your ads, so they appear in the newspaper and all players can see them.
How do I buy crops, products and materials from other players?
In order to do that you need to reach level 6 first. After that you just need to tap on the post box in your farm and take a look what’s on the market. If you find an ad that you like, just tap on it and buy the goods that are being sold. Of course, you will need to have the coins required.
IV. Troubleshooting and device issues
I can’t install the game, any suggestions?
There are several reasons you might be having issues with the instalation.
Probably the most common one is that you don’t have enough memory on your device. In order to do so, you will have to remove some of the apps you are not using and free enough memory for Ganja Farmer.
Another important thing is to make sure that you are downloading the game from the Google Play Store, iOS App Store or Amazon App Store and not from unknown sources.
Also, it is possible that your device does not meet the min technical requirements for the game to run if your device is really old and running on an older version of your OS.
What to do if my game crashes?
There are several possible reasons for the game to crash, so we recommend you to try the following steps:
try and see if your device has enough free space by entering Settings > Storage and deleting some unused apps if necessary. If the storage is full, that might lead to complications such as slowness, crashes, the device heating up;
you might be experiencing some memory issues. In order to free some memory you will have to stop some unnecessarily running apps. To do so, you need to go to Settings > Apps > Running and see what’s on in the background;
check your internet connection – if your internet is slow, that might lead to some issues too. In this case there is not much you can do, but try to get a better connection; try to restart your device and launch the game again.
My device heats up, what should I do?
The issue with devices heating up is rather common, so there is no need to worry about it too much. There are few things you can do in case this happens: try to exit all other apps while playing the game, because every other app that is running in the background is using ressources and this causes the device to heat up;
turn off Bluetooth – it also requires a lot from your device; make sure your device is not on low battery. It is not an issue playing with less battery, but the device runs optimally with more available; keep the version of the app up to date, since we are always trying to improve performance; if none of the steps helps and your device heats up all the time, try to contact the manufacturer.
Why do I need internet connection to play Ganja Farmer?
There are multiple reasons for the app to require internet connection. Probably the most important one is to be able to save your progress on Facebook cloud. In addition to that all the interactions with friends and other players are only avaiable thanks to internet connection. Furthermore, features like the Roadside shop and the Newspaper require connection too.
How to disable notifications?
You just need to go to the Settings menu in the bottom right corner of the screen and tap on the button that says Push on and switch it to Push off.
How to disable sounds and music?
You just need to go to the Settings menu in the bottom right corner of the screen and tap on the button that says Audio on and switch it to Audio off.
Can I change the language of the game?
Yes, you can from the Settings menu. Tap on the icon in the bottom right corner and chose the language by tapping on the button that says English. Currently, we have 5 more languages available, but we will add more in the future.
V. In-app purchase (Android)
Why can’t I buy diamonds (Android)?
There are several possible reasons for this, here is a list of the most common ones:
check if you are uisng a valid Google Play account
there might be some issues with connectivity or servers overload, so wait a few minutes and try again
your application is not up to date – in this case go to the Play store and update it.
If none of the above is valid in your case, it might be an issue with your Google account or your payment method. Try to contact them for further information.
Why didn’t I receive my diamonds (Android)?
Sometimes it might take some time to process your purchase. Try to wait a bit or restart your app and see if the diamonds are there. In case you do not receive them in 24 hours write us through the feedback form and give us receipt number, so we can check what happened.
How to switch my payment account (Android)?
When you buy diamonds Google Play Store automatically uses your top-most account that has a registered payment method. If you want to use a different account, you have to follow these steps:
Enter Settings > Accounts on your device
Move the account you want to use on top of the list by removing all accounts above it. In order to remove them, tap on them and the tap on the Menu button in the top right corner of the screen and use the “Remove” function
After moving the new account on top, you can restore the ones you deleted by using the “+Add account button”.
VI. In-app purchase (iOS)
Why can’t I buy diamonds (iOS)?
Here is a list with the most common reasons why you can’t buy diamonds on your iOS devce:
In-App purchases are disabled on your device – in order to check if this is true, go to Settings > General > Restrictions and see if “In-App Purchases” are “On”. If they are not, turn them on;
You are using an old version of iOS. This sometimes causes issues with In-App purchases. Try to update your device to the last version from Settings > General > Software update and follow the instructions to install the new software;
If none of the above is the reason, you could try turning your device off and on again.

Why didn’t I receive my diamonds (iOS)?

VII. Buildings and products?
How do I upgrade my storage?
Storage is essential for your growth, so you will need to upgrade it ocassionally. In order to do so, just tap on the Storage in your farm and then tap on the Upgrade button in the bottom of the screen. It will show you what materials do you need and if you have them, just tap Upgrade again and you’re done.
How do I make a particular product?
Products are done by either combination of crops, or crops and other products in a specific machine. In order to make a specific product, you will need to repair the machine producing it first. After that make sure you get the crops/products needed to produce and place it in the machine.
How to upgrade my buildings?
In order to upgrade each building, just tap on it. In the pop-up that is opened, there is an Upgrade button in the bottom part. After pressing it, you will see the materials needed to upgrade each building and if you have them available you can tap the Upgrade button again. Note: have in mind that machines will take some time to upgrade and won’t be producing while the upgrade is taking place.
How can I find some product or crop I need, that I don’t have?
There are two ways to get a product or a crop you need. One of them is to use the services of Poppy – they guy on the motorcycle in the right part of your farm. He will find you everything you need quickly. The other way is to take a look at the newspaper by tapping on the Mail box in your farm. There you can see a number of adds by different players and most of the time you will find what you need.
How can I get materials?
Materials are crucial in Ganja Farmer, becauses they are needed to upgrade your buildings. There are several ways to get materials and the most common one is to find them during planting or harvesting your crops. Once in a while you will get lucky and find some materials while doing so.
Materials can also be bought in the Newspaper – just go to the Mail box, tap on it and see if someone is selling.
If you are lucky enough, you could materials via the Mystery boxes you get once in a while or by spinning the Wheel, which is in the left part of your farm.
If you run out of other options, you can always buy materials with diamonds.
How can I get machines that are not positioned on the farm?
Most machines are broken and positioned somewhere around the farm and you need to repair them, in order to use them. However, some of the machines like the Sewing Machine and the Soup Kitchen are not found in the farm and you will have to buy them from the shop. In order to do so, you have to tap on the Shop button in the top left corner of the screen, switch to the second tab and choose the machine you want. Note: as the broken machines these also have a certain level requirement.
VIII. Facebook connect
How do I connect to Facebook?
In order to conect your Facebook, you have to tap on the button in the bottom right corner of your screen and then tap on the button connect. Then fill in your credentials and you will be connected.
How do I invite my Facebook friends?

IX. The Roadside Shop and the Newspaper
How to put items on sale?
In order to sell products, crops or materials, you need to unlock the Roadside Shop and connect to Facebook. Afer that you just have to tap on the shop itself and press on some of the ad slots that say “Create new sale”. After that you need to set the quantity and the price of the item and if you want to promote it. When you’re done, just press the button Put on sale and you’re done.
Can I remove items that I am selling?
Yes, you can remove such items. In order to do it, you need to tap on the Shop and then on the ad of the item you want to remove. After you do that, a pop up will appear with a trash can at the bottom. After pressing the can the item will be removed, but have in mind this will cost you 3 diamonds.
How do I buy items from other people?
This is very easy – you only need to have the newspaper unlocked. When you achieve that, tap on the mailbox and you will see the newspaper. Just find an add that suits you and if you have the coins required, tap on the ad. It will lead you to the owner’s farm where you can buy the item by tapping on it.
Alternatively, you could visit friends farms and buy goods by clicking on their Shop and tapping on the ad you are interested in.
Why should I promote my ads?
Promoting your ads is important, cause it will make them show in the newspaper to all players. If you don’t do it, the only way for someone to actually even see your ad is to go to your farm and open your Shop. Remember – you can promote 1 ad for free, but you can promote more with diamonds.
